Ram D. Sajja
Chief Executive Officer
Ram Sajja serves as the CEO and Software Architect for the company he founded in 1999. Ram has conceived and developed SSi's flagship software product SSiVision and has pioneered the concept of Software as a Service (SaaS) model. With over 15 years of technology industry experience, Ram has held management positions and worked as an expert technology consultant for a number of Fortune 1000 companies, including Morgan Stanley, Alcatel USA, Lucent Technologies, IBM Global Services, i2 Technologies, Inc., CapitalOne and JP Morgan Chase & Co. He received his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

George T. Gundling
Chief Operating Officer
George Gundling joined the SSi team in 2001 to lead the company’s operational efforts. George brings more than 25 years of experience in technology and senior-level business technology leadership to SSi. His previous roles include leading the development of the award winning business intelligence system at Frito-Lay North America, heading up IT for Frito-Lay International, and leading the Enterprise Technology function for PepsiCo U.S.A. George started his IT career With EDS. His understanding of the unique IT related business challenges faced by small to middle market companies verses Fortune 500 companies has helped in positioning SSi to deliver business solutions of impact. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bethany College, West Virginia.

Bruce A. Hall
Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Hall joined SSi in September 2006 to provide senior-level financial guidance for the growing company. Bruce adds expertise in public company management, financing and strategic planning gained from financial management positions in the real estate development, energy, consulting and manufacturing industries. Bruce served as both CFO and CEO at RG America, as well as sitting on the board of directors. His previous senior-level positions include Recognition Equipment, Inc., Harris Adacom Corporation and Probex Corporation, as well as senior financial and management consulting with a multi-family housing developer. Bruce began his career in public accounting with Arthur Young & Company, a predecessor of Ernst & Young LLP. He holds CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designations and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Prakash Vyakaranam
Chief Technology Officer
Prakash Vyakaranam came to SSi in March 2007 to expand the Company’s technical leadership as Vice President and CTO. He has over 15 years of Microsoft Windows as well as unix based systems experience especially in the telecom, retail, financial and insurance sectors. Prakash further adds to the Company’s wide ranging hardware and operating systems knowledge. Prior to joining SSi, Prakash completed several assignment at EDS focusing on software development. He has also designed a range of software for engineering firms. Prakash received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nagarjuna University, India and Master’s in Engineering from University of New Orleans, Louisiana.
